Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
The staff of our Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) department are board-certified physicians with vast knowledge in all functions of the body. Treatment options may involve a wide variety of techniques, including directed stretching and exercise instruction, dietary modifications, and nutritional supplementation. OMM can be an effective form of treatment for both adults and children.
Pediatric Patients
OMM is frequently considered one of the safest and most gentle ways to care for many common problems in children of all ages, especially newborns. These include:
- Plagiocephaly (misshapen head)
- Chronic Otitis Media (chronic ear infection)
- Asthma
- Colic
- Torticollis (wry neck)
Adult Patients
