Language Assistance for Visitors

At Mercy Health Partners, we’re committed to giving every patient information in the way that they best understand it. We have developed a Language Services Program that provides qualified health care interpreters for our patients and their families.

If you need an interpreter:

• Notify your doctor. Mercy Health Partners will make every effort to make sure an interpreter is scheduled for your hospital appointment.

• Notify admitting personnel when you are checking in.

• Notify your health care provider at any time during your stay.
